Family Fall Activities

Happy Fall you guys! I know that we are already into the second week of October but if I am being honest we have been sick on and off over here. I have been working on this post since last month and although I 'm a little late to getting it up I still wanted to share. I see that everyone has been enjoying all the fall activities and we have yet to do any of the things that are on our list. Here are a few things that we are hoping to do this fall season in the NJ/NY area.

Farms

There are so many amazing farms to visit in the NJ area. We love farms this time of year because of all the fun fall activities they have to offer. Here are some of our favorites that we have visited through out the years.

Von Thun Farms is a farm that I grew up going to when I myself was a kid. We have been here through out the years and love all the activities that they have to offer for the family. You can check out all the fun they offer and ticket pricing Here.

Happy Day Farm is a farm we have yet to visit. We have heard so many good things about this farm. They have so many activities for kids and so many great photo ops as well. This is definitely on our list to visit. You can check out all the fun they offer and ticket pricing as well Here.

Casola Farms is one of our favorite farms to visit. There is no entrance fee for this farm. You pay for the activities you choose to do. It's a super simple farm and we have been coming here for the pass few years. You can check out what they have to offer Here.

Parks & Museums

The Bronx Zoo in NY has a Boo in the Zoo going on for the month of October. The kids can come in costume and enjoy all the fall fun at the zoo. There's magic shows, costume parade, Halloween crafts and so much more. You can check out all the fun they have to offer and ticket pricing Here.

Filed Station: Dinosaurs is a fun park for your dinosaur lover. Whats even better is the Dinosaur After Dark. A spooky, funny and thrilling adventure for the whole family featuring a lantern lit tour of the park. At the end of all the fun you can then meet at the campfire for some s'mores and hot chocolate. You can find more info Here.

Liberty Science Center has ton of fun fall activities this year. Not only do they have new exhibits this month like the Angry Birds & Dinosaur Train but they also have some fun fall activities out doors. They have indoor pumpkin picking, a spider maze, weekend petting zoo and so much more. You can find out more details and ticket info Here

Pumpkin Train Rides are always fun. We went one year and had so much fun. We took a train to a pumpkin patch. They had tons of fun activities such as a corn maze, petting zoo and more. If you have little ones that love trains then they would love this. Its always nice to do things a little different and this is one that we actually loved and will have to do again. You can find all the info Here.

Free Fall Fun

I love taking the kids to all the FREE fall activities that my town has to offer. If you look up on your town or cities website in the recreational area you should be able to find all the free activities that they offer the kids. My town offers free pumpkin painting, build your own scare crow activities and more. If your town offers these FREE fall activities you should really take advantage of them. I mean who doesn't love free fun.

Hope this helps to give you ideas on what to do with the kids this Fall. Enjoy all that Fall has to offer!

As always Thank You for all the love and support!
