Spring Break Ideas

Spring Break starts on March 30th for us this year and I can't believe that its almost here. I am not prepare for it and we really didn't have any big plans this year. So because we are not going away to a beautiful and warm location I decided to share with you our favorite indoor activities for those of you who are within the NJ area or that may also have some of these similar fun places around your area.

Indoor Water Parks

Indoor water parks are always one of our favorites. The kids really enjoy going to them and they have something for everyone. If your sad about not being able to be sipping on a margarita by the pool while the kids play well  have no fear because you can definitely still be doing that at the indoor water park. They also have an arcade section and food court as well. It is definitely a great alternative.

Our favorite indoor water park is Sahara Sam's Oasis here in NJ. We have been there a few times and we always have such a great time. If you purchase your tickets online you save about $5 on each ticket vs paying at the door.

Museums

My boys love going to museums and exploring. We especially love the dinosaur exhibits and anything with space. We love exploring and visiting different museums within NJ and surrounding areas. Here are some of our favorite ones that your kids will love as well.

Dinner & Show

A few months ago we took the kids to Medieval Times here in NJ and we had such a blast. The food was great and the show was awesome. My boys still talk about it and always ask when can we go back. They recently changed their show and I talked about it in a blog post. If you would like to check it out Click Here. Medieval Times actually gave me a discount code for all of my readers for the NJ Castle. With my code adult tickets will be $36.95 & kids $30.95 (plus tax & processing fee). Use NJBlog36 online code at check out.

Indoor Trampoline, Amusement Parks & Discovery Cemter

Indoor parks are the absolute best when the weather is not warm and sunny. Here are some of our favorites that we have visited and had loads of fun at.

3. Air Trampoline - Aberdeen, NJ

4. LegoLand Discovery Center Philadelphia - Plymouth, PA

Remember just because you may not be able to get away for Spring Break it doesn't mean that you still can't have fun! There are so many things you can do with the kids.

Hope everyone has a Great Spring Break!!
