My Favorite Storage Organizers for Toys!
With all the holiday's finally over now we can take a deep breath and try to get our house back in order. We live in a small space so when ever the holiday's roll around I get super anxious because in my mind I'm already thinking about where will things go and what toys are the kids no longer loving that we can donate. Before the holiday we managed to get 11 bags full of toys and clothes for
donation pick up. It did not end there because after the holiday we still managed to fill up two more bags for donation. Please tell me I'm not alone. I managed to find homes for most of the new items but there are a few still lingering in a corner waiting for a spot to open up. As much as I declutter it just doesn't seem like I made a dent.
I wanted to share with you on what I use to keep the kids toys organized and neat. I love baskets, containers and anything that hides all toys possible. When living in small spaces its nicer to see things uniform rather then an open toy container with toys all thrown in. It just makes it seem chaotic and messy to me. Don't get me wrong my kids make a mess 95% of the time but once things are picked up and put into the proper bin everything looks great again.

We have been using these under bed storage bins with wheels for a couple of years. Its great for all types of toys. I keep all the boys Hot Wheels Cars in one and all remote control cars in another just like this bin. Because they have so many cars the containers can get super heavy so its easy for the boys to just roll it out and then roll back under the bed when they are done playing. I also have used these to put diapers in and roll under the crib to save space.
These cube organizer's are very popular especially for kids rooms. I love to use the top row for the kids books. The other two rows I like to use the cube fabric organizer baskets and fill them with the kids educational toys and action figures.
How cute are these storage ottomans.
Not only do they fit a good amount of toys inside but it also adds some seating in the kids room. I like to add a pillow on top for decor.
This storage system is probably my favorite one out of all the ones we have. I love the look of it and how sturdy it is. I also love that you can customize it to fit whatever you will be storing inside them. They come in other colors and styles as well. My boys slide the containers out and when done they slide them back to its correct section with no problems. These containers will not lose its shape or look flimsy overtime. I have to say that these containers are a lot better for toys that are played with daily because they do take a beaten. I honestly wish we had two side by side but the little nook we call a playroom is not that big for two of these. Can you tell how much I love these. lol
These are some of the ways I like to keep the kids toys organized and what has been working for us lately. How do you keep your kids toys organized? Please share in the comments below.
