A Fun Evening with Santa's Circus at The Avenel Performing Arts Center
The Holidays are quickly approaching and although our schedules have been full of shopping, school activities, holiday parties etc we have still managed to fit in a fun family friendly holiday show right near our town. When we heard that the newly and beautiful Avenel Performing Arts Center was having a Holiday show I immediately knew that I needed to check it out with the kids. The kids have been loving theater shows lately and it seriously just makes my heart scream with joy. I absolutely love the performing arts so taking my boys to shows that they will love makes me happy.
Santa's Circus was the show that we went to see at the Avenel Performing Arts Center. The show is an interactive family friendly show with stunts, comedy, & everything Christmas. The story line was about a young girl who was an orphan and no longer believed in Christmas. She writes Santa a letter and magically appears at the North Pole where she then learns that the spirit and magic of Christmas never disappears from those who truly believe.
The show was so much fun and also funny. We couldn't stop laughing and that I honestly didn't expect. The acrobatics were super cool and it had us in suspense with what the next moves would be. The boys were amazed and they loved how the cast interacted with the audience. I mean what show has beach balls bouncing through out the audience. If you are able to grab some tickets for this weekend I highly recommend it.
Over all I was extremely impress from the door. We were greeted by the cast with some candy canes, complimentary hot chocolate for all guest and free pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus. The set up was beautiful and the kids even go to write their letters to Santa. The facility was beautiful and I can't wait to come back either on a date night or girls night. The restaurant and bar area looked amazing.
