No School means a Trip to Sahara Sams Oasis
Last week most of the schools here in NJ were closed for Fall Recess. So when we were invited to visit Sahara Sams Oasis in Berlin, NJ it was a no brainier. Of course that would mean that the day we go visit it would be one of the coldest days in November. If your not from NJ then your probably wondering what is Sahara Sams. Well its an indoor
Water Park where the temperature is always 84 degrees & it's so much fun.
We have visited about 3 years ago and at the time my youngest wasn't even a year old yet so I was limited to enjoying the park. This time around we all had so much fun together. Our favorite ride is the Congo Bongo lazy river for sure. I think we must have went around about 10 times or more and I surely didn't mind it. While my little guy and I went to the Lizard Lagoon kiddie pool my oldest went with my husband on the Nile Mile, Snake Eyes slide, and the Flow Rider surf board. There was no over crowding or long lines which made our experience so much more enjoyable.
There was really something for everyone. If you just wanted to sit and watch your kids have a great time you can, there is also the Tiki Bar where you can grab yourself a nice little cocktail and a food court with a variety of foods.
Once we were all tired out from the water park we decided to change and head on out to the arcade before heading back home. My boys love playing games and collecting tickets for a prize. Both boys walked out with a few little prizes. I have to say we all had a blast and can't wait to go back.

If you live in NJ or any of the surrounding areas I would totally recommend you to go visit with your family. Definitely something fun to do during the winter months.
